FINE ART PHOTOGRAPHY PRINTS FOR SALE
Images are printed on 200 grams, archival quality, matte fine art paper. It has a matte finish that will highlight your images in beautifully crisp detail. Images are printed with a white boarder included in the stated images size. Prints will be folded in tissue paper and shipped in a sturdy mailer tube.
Care instructions for unframed paper prints: Prints must be framed as soon as possible. Do not hang framed prints in direct sunlight.
Size illustration is an estimate and not precisely to scale.
All prints are made on order. Production lead time is 5-10 working
days. Shipping within SA will be 2-7 working days (depending area) and
international shipping can take up to 14 working days.

South Africa shipments:
FREE SHIPPING within South Africa for all orders over R3000!
Your order will be delivered straight to your door by one of our courier partners. We would need:
- A physical address where someone will be available to receive the parcel during work hours Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm).
- A contact person AND number.
We cannot send parcels to a PO Box address, please supply a physical address.
Courier fees are as follows:
- R150 per parcel for all orders under R3000
- FREE shipping for all orders over R3000
Art work is printed per order. Printing takes 3-5 days, checking art and personal signing and preparing for shipment a further 1-2 days. Courier delivery times are 1-5 working days from the date of collection. Total is 7-12 days

All international orders are sent with DHL International couriers and you will be sent the tracking number. Please allow 5 – 10 working days for your order to arrive. Any additional customs charges which may occur, must be paid for by the buyer/receiver.
International shipping fees are as follows:
- R500 per parcel for all orders under R6000
- FREE shipping for all orders over R6000
Returns and Refunds:
Returns and refunds are handled on a case by case basis.
If your item arrives damaged in any way we will replace it at no cost to you. Please contact us via email within 3 days of receiving your parcel with pictures of the damaged item sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. A courier will be sent to collect the damaged item and a replacement item will be sent to you once damage has been assessed by us.
If you receive your purchase and you are not entirely happy with it, we offer a full refund policy. In order to qualify for this refund you must contact us via email within 3 days of receiving your parcel at email@example.com. The items must be returned to us in its original condition and original packaging. The return courier or postal fee will be for your account. As soon as the items have been received back, we will refund you the purchase price in full within 5 working days. Art work will first be assessed to assure its in the same condition as was before sent to you.

Handling your print:
Dirt, dust, moisture, oils, adhesives,
solvents, heat and anything that could scratch, dent or crease the paper should
all be avoided when you are handling your print.

Its strongly recommended that you get
your print professionally framed.
Fine art prints should not be hung in
direct lighting conditions and away from any contact with moisture. Prolonged
direct sunlight is likely to cause the discoloration in your print. High
humidity, heat, airborne dust, solvents, adhesives, smoke and other similar
contaminants can also permanently damage your print
